Where do I go for the surgery?
A nurse from the surgeon’s office will call to let you know the time and place to arrive for your surgery appointment.
How do I prepare for the surgery?
Do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before the surgery. You will be instructed on which, if any, medications to take the morning of surgery.
How long is the surgery?
Your physician or physician assistant can give you an estimated length of time for your surgery based on your procedure. It takes several hours to observe you after surgery, but once you awaken, your family and friends will be allowed restricted visits.
